Rate Information
We are providers for the following insurance companies: Aetna, California/LifeEra Inc., Cenpatico, Ceridian, Coventry, Integral Quality Care, Psychare, Magellan, and United Behavioral Health. We are in the process of applying to be a provider for other insurances as well. Please make sure to drop us a line to find out if your insurance has been added.
In some cases, we are able to provide services as an out-of-network provider. Call us to find out if we are able to do that with your insurance provider.We also accept fee-for-service, and our rate is $125 per session.
